On Friday, 28 November, Erin Brookes, Managing Director with CTS in London, appeared on Bloomberg’s ‘The Opening Trade’ hosted by Kriti Gupta and Guy Johnson. As the popular Black Friday sales unfolded, she gave a perspective on the retail market, including pricing, inventory hoarding and the seasonal nature of the business.

Erin also spoke about consumer confidence and how that may be aligned to the UK’s autumn budget.
